Hello

I started my passion for fitness approx. 15 years ago. Attended Kent State University where I pursued my Associate Degree in Applied Science. I am an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant of 10 years. I became a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist 5 years ago.
I currently work in Pelvic Floor Health Physical Therapy for Female, Men and Children. I have experienced Pelvic Floor Dysfunction as a patient myself which helps me relate as a professional in this growing field. I teach nervous system down regulation and ways to integrate mind and body connection into daily life through a variety of strategies and techniques.
I have 2 beautiful girls Amelia (6 years old) and Eulalia (2 years old) which have been my strength and motivation. As a mom of two young children I know first hand how hard it is not only physically but mentally. Movement is medicine! I have found teaching my kids fitness through exercise/ movement is such a great gift. I love that I can instill such good values with my children.

My approach to fitness is based off expertise in rehab and general fitness... I use much of my skills to assess and train with functional compound movements that will challenge your endurance, strength, balance and mobility. I will push you... there is no limits to what you can achieve!! But will also work on the inner part of your being as we elevate not only your body but your mind as well.
Simply give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you. :)
